About the Role

As our Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing operations, managing the sales team, and developing strategic plans to meet revenue goals. You’ll be responsible for supervising marketers, closing high-value property deals, and working directly with the MD/CEO to move the business forward.

What We Offer

- Basic Salary: ₦100,000 monthly

- Commission: Minimum commission of  ₦500,000 per sale

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales/marketing team

- Drive revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies

- Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

- Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for management

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business

- Represent the company at inspections, meetings, and industry events

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or team management (real estate experience is a plus)

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage targets and deadlines

- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated and result-oriented
